Two arrested, more expected after fight and stabbing in Milford

Police in Milford say they have arrested a woman on stabbing charges, and a man on robbery charges, after an assault at the Silver Lake Apartment Complex.
Milford Police say on Saturday night Officers responded to the complex for reports of a large fight. Once on scene Police say they found two men, one 21-year-old and one 25-year-old, had been injured, and were taken to Milford Bayhealth Hospital.
Later on, Police say they responded to reports of a large fight at Milford Bayhealth Hospital, and found that the second fight stemmed from the first at the apartment complex.
During the first incident, Police say a 22-year-old was assaulted, and robbed by five guys, including 19-year-old Taevon Potts, of Milford. According to the report, after the robbery, 45-year-old Sharon Smith confronted the suspects about the incident, during which she stabbed the 21-year-old male victim in the abdomen, and the 25-year-old male victim in the arm.
Smith apparently tried to get rid of the knife before Police arrived, but she was eventually arrested and charged with 2 counts of assault 1st degree, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and tampering with physical evidence. She is now behind bars on a $76,000 bond.
Potts was arrested, and charged with robbery 2nd degree, conspiracy 2nd degree, and assault 3rd degree. He is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on $8,000 bond.
The 21-year-old male victim was admitted to the hospital with a serious disembowelment, but is now in stable condition. The 25-year-old victim was treated and released.
Police say the investigation into the incident is on-going, and more arrests are expected.
