Information sought after Dover home struck with bullet

Police in Dover say they are looking for information, after a home was hit by a gunshot.

Dover Police say on May 29, Officers responded to a home in Irma Street for reports of a bullet hitting the house. Once on scene, Police say the found that someone fired a bullet that went through the home’s front window, across the room, and then hit the door jam of the back door.

Investigators apparently think the shot came from the area of Simon Circle and Reese Street sometime between 9:30 AM and 11:30 PM. The victim reportedly told Police that neither him or his wife heard shots.
