UPDATE: One dead, one injured in Hartly crash

One person is dead, and another injured, after a Monday afternoon crash in Hartly.
Delaware State Police say the two vehicle crash happened just before 2:15 PM on Hazlettville Road near Pearsons Corner Road.
According to Police, 37-year-old Angela Fugate, of Hartly, was driving a 2000 Saturn SL eastbound on Hazlettville Road, while at the same time 68-year-old Anthony Dellraria, of Camden, was driving a 2006 Pontiac Montana, in the opposite direction. Police say for unknown reasons, the Saturn crossed over into the lane of the Pontiac, causing the collision. Both vehicles then apparently spun in opposite directions, with the Saturn stopping in the eastbound lanes, and the Pontiac in the westbound.
Fugate, who was reportedly not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Dellraria was rushed to Kent General Hospital, where he was admitted with non-life threatening injuries.
The DSP Collision Reconstruction Unit is reportedly continuing their investigation into the incident. Hazlettville Road near Pearsons Corner Road, was closed for around three hours while the crash was investigated, and cleared.
