Information sought on minivan shooting in Milford

Police in Milford are looking for information, after a mini van of people reportedly shot at a vehicle with four inside.

Milford Police say on July 18 just after midnight, four people were driving in a vehicle north on Route 113, and stopped at the light of the intersection of Route 113 and NW 10th Street. According to the report, a light-colored minivan pulled up next to the vehicle, and opened fire.

Police say the first victim was hit multiple times, and a second was hit by a round that went through the first victim’s body. A third and forth victim were narrowly missed by the gunshots, which hit the windows and seats near them. The mini van then reportedly fled northbound on Route 113.

The two victims who were shot, were rushed to Milford Bayhealth Hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries, and released.
