MONDAY MEMO
TO:   ALL STAFF
FROM:   KATHLEEN
DATE:  24 AUGUST 2015

MEET OUR NEWEST EMPLOYEE

Ulyesse Preston started for us on Saturday as a part time Master Control Operator.  He graduated with a BS in Journalism and Broadcasting from the University of North Carolina in Pembroke.  A veteran of the US Navy, he is an experienced freelance videographer with six years experience in multimedia.  He has proficiency in writing (editorial, web print, promotional), Social Media content writer, press releases and a solid understanding of digital media and TriCaster.  Please join me in welcoming him to our Team.

BE HEALTHY, STAY WELL!

  • We want you to stay healthy this winter and avoid the flu.  We will once again offer free flu shots on site to full- and part-time employees and their immediate households.  The date has not yet been finalized but you could expect it to be sometime in mid-October.  We don’t yet have any information on age restrictions or whether or not the nasal could be available (hasn’t been other years).  Watch for a sign up sheet so we can firm up a count for Dr. Gong.  Thinking ahead….if you do contract the flu this winter, I encourage you to take the sick day(s) and not bring your germs into the office to share with others.
