UPDATE: Harper indicted on conspiracy charges for kidnapping and carjacking case

In Sussex County, 47 ABC has learned that Rondaiges Harper, has been indicted by a Sussex County Grand Jury.

He is now facing unlawful imprisonment, and conspiracy charges.The charges stem from when Harper allegedly was a part of the kidnapping and carjacking of 91-year-old Margaret Smith, in 2013.

You’ll recall, earlier this month, Delaware’s Supreme Court ruled to reverse his kidnapping and carjacking conviction, on the grounds that Harper was not actually a part of the carjacking.
