UPDATE: Authorities release name in Felton homicide

Authorities have released the name of the victim who they say was shot and killed over the weekend.

Delaware State Police say Douglas Kimball, 48, of Felton was found dead in his home on Cabin Ridge Road on Sunday. Kimball was reportedly found by a some friends that were concerned after he hasn’t been heard from since the previous day. We’re told Kimball was found with multiple gunshot wounds.

Authorities say the cause of death has been ruled a homicide. The investigation is ongoing.
