Officials: Pedestrian struck in hit and run; investigation ongoing

Officials say that a woman was injured after a hit and run in Salisbury, on Friday morning.

According to authorities, around 7:45 AM on Friday morning, a woman who was using a crosswalk was hit by a car, near Dogwood Drive and Wesley Drive.

The vehicle reportedly did not stop.  The woman was taken to P.R.M.C. for what was believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
