Delmar Wins a Close One at Home

Delmar faced off against Seaford in a close match-up Wednesday night that had the home team winning 93-90.  

Delmar came out strong in the first quarter, outscoring them 28-17, but Seaford finally found their groove and evened the gap some only allowing Delmar to outscore them in the 2nd quarter 18-17. 

They were able to remain tight the rest of the match-up, but it was not enough as Delmar hung on to that early lead throughout the night and came out victorious behind their home crowd. 

Up next for Seaford, they host Milford Friday night which also happens to be the Blue-Jays’ Senior Night. Delmar is back in action Friday night as well, they travel to take on Woodbridge.
