Sleep awareness week

One national organization is encouraging everyone to focus on their sleep these next seven days. This all part of sleep awareness week, according to the National Sleep Foundation.
Health officials say a good night’s sleep for most adults is seven to nine hours.
In order to get that, the foundation gives tips on their website, such as scheduling sleeping into your day, trying to leave two hours between eating and going to bed.
They also recommend creating a sleep ritual with deep breathing exercises and relaxing stretches to get your body ready to wind down.
