OC Police provide update on boardwalk assault incident

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Ocean City Police have released an update regarding the incident that took place at 4th Street and the Boardwalk during the early morning hours of June 10th.

Police say they have identified the assault victim in the video and learned that he did not sustain any serious injuries as a result of the incident. We’re told the assault victim has not been cooperative with police in the investigation.
