New York woman reportedly falls from ride at Funland in Rehoboth Beach

Police say that they responded to a medical assist incident at Funland on Monday evening in Rehoboth Beach.

According to Rehoboth Beach Police, at 8:30 p.m. on Monday evening, officers responded to Funland for the report of a 49-year-old woman from Newburgh, New York, who had fallen from a ride.

In making contact with the woman, responding officers found that she had a laceration to her head and that she complained of pain in her back and side.

The woman was transported from the scene by ambulance.
