Police: Three people rescued in Ocean City

Police say that three people were rescued in Ocean City on Thursday morning.

According to Maryland Natural Resources Police, early on Thursday morning, officers learned that three people were in the water and that they could not get back to shore.

Ocean City Fire Department initially asked to Natural Resources Police to assist; however, it was canceled because the people were brought back to safety.

Its unclear if anyone was hurt.
