First COVID-19 death confirmed in Worcester Co.

SNOW HILL, Md. – The Worcester County Health Department confirmed the first COVID-19 related death in the county Tuesday afternoon.

We’re told the individual was a woman in her 80s who was a hospice patient at a long-term health facility in the county prior to the onset of her illness.
