Beebe hosts drive-thru COVID-19 screening event, March 14th

LEWES, Del. – Beebe Healthcare will host a Drive-Thru COVID-19 Screening event Saturday, March 14th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bayview Medical Center (33663 Bayview Medical Dr. Lewes, Delaware).

Beebe HealthCare says the screening is for those who have symptoms, have traveled outside the United States in the past 14 days, or have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Symptoms include: Fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, cough

Beebe will only test people over the age of 18.  They’re subject to pre-screening questions to determine if they’re eligible for receiving a COVID-19 test.  They remind the community that you will only be served if you’re in a motor vehicle, no foot traffic is permitted.  All participants should bring their identification, those with insurance should bring their insurance card.
