two men were arrested on allegations that they were impersonating first responders at scenes of various incidents. officials say kyle ober of caroline county — and matthew bradshaw of dorchester county — stole equipment from fire stations — and then would try to provide assistance to folks who called authorities before the real first responders arrived. authorities say they were made aware of the pair of impersonators — when they arrived on the scene of one of the incidents. ober and bradshaw were taken into custody by deputy state fire marshals. they were later released after an appearance in front of the caroline county commissioner. to the campaign trail— donald trump —
