WiHi boy’s basketball puts away Easton to win first game of the season
WYE MILLS, Md. – WiHi boy’s basketball beat Easton 77-53 on Saturday at the Bayside Peake Tip-off at Chesapeake College.
It was a tight contest through the end of the third quarter, with the score tied at 46 at the start of the final period. WiHi took over late in the game, outscoring Easton 21-7 to start their season 1-0.
The Tribe was led on offense by 18 points from Tyson Hayward, 14 from Tay’shaun Swann, and 13 from Vic Collins.
