Former Princess Anne Commission President Sentenced in Gun Case
CORRECTION: While Frederick was convicted of rifle or shotgun possession with felony conviction, public records on Maryland Judiciary Case Search do not implicate Frederick to be a previously convicted felon.
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Former Princess Anne Commission President Lionel Frederick was sentenced in court on Wednesday.
According to court documents obtained by WMDT, Frederick was convicted by a jury of possession of a shotgun or rifle with felony conviction and illegal possession of ammunition in September after pleading not guilty. He was first charged in May.
