Chincoteague Welcomes Newborn Foal

CHINCOTEAGUE, Va. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming out of Chincoteague.

The Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company recently announced a new foal was born, making it the 103rd foal of the 2025 season.

The new foal is named Chance, and was born by its mother, Little Duckie, over the weekend. The Fire Company thinks this will be the last foal born this year.
