Dozen arrested in connection to prostitution sting in Seaford

Police announced Friday, twelve people were arrested in connection to prostitution, following multiple citizen complaints.

According to the Seaford Police Department, the operation identified the twelve suspects allegedly engaged in solicitation for sexual acts, some patronizing a prostitute during the process; however, no further details were made available beyond that.

Authorities say the investigation included the assistance of the Delaware Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Department and the Georgetown Police Department.

Several of the suspects are facing a number of charges. Police say, the twelve suspects arrested on Thursday are:

Nicole Pumphrey, she is facing the charges of prostitution, loitering, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is currently being held on $2,240 secured bond.

Kathy Niblet, is also facing the charges of prostitution, loitering, breach of release. She is also being held on a $1,650 secured bond.

Paul Piper, Christopher Walston, and Kenneth Evans are all facing the charges of patronizing a prostitute, and loitering. They have been released on a $150 unsecured bond.

Homero Pina, Tragelin Paul, and Alfredo Lopez face the same charges of patronizing a prostitute, and loitering. While Pina, and Paul have been released on a $150 unsecured bond, Lopez has been released on a $250 secured bond. They do not have available photos at this moment.

Some of the additional subjects arrested, while in the area during the operation are Jamie Deshields. He faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, and has been released on a criminal summons.

Holley Holt has been charged with a capias; with a failure to pay on traffic offenses
She is being held on a $172 secured bond.

David Holt was charged with traffic offenses, and released on a traffic summons.

Elwood Willis was charged with carrying a concealed dangerous instrument, which were brass knuckles, and possession of counterfeit substance, and drug paraphernalia. He was also released on $4000 unsecured bond.

Authorities tell 47 ABC, all of the suspects were reportedly taken before Justice of Peace Court for arraignment and processing.
