Selbyville man shoots own feet, at neighbors house, police say

SELBYVILLE, Del. – Gunfire erupted in a neighborhood in Selbyville on Saturday night.

On August 30th, around 9:00 p.m., Delaware State Police responded to a home on the 12,000 block of Knolls Lane. Neighbors had called police after they said a resident on the 34,000 block of Brinker Mansion Road had been screaming and cursing outside his home.

Police identified the man as Justin Glowacki, and say he had fired a rifle toward the home of the callers, and at his own feet. According to police, Glowacki was highly intoxicated. He was arrested without incident.

Glowacki is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on $24,000 cash bond.
