Tollson, EvoShield battle to tie with Huntingdon

The EvoShield Canes and the Huntingdon Redhawks played to a 5-5 tie on Friday night in pool play of the Dynamic Baseball tournament in Salisbury.
Tolan Harrison got the nod for the Canes, and the Redhawks would jump on him early, to the tune of 4 runs in the first. Harrison would settle down, breezing thru batters for the rest of the game, including striking out the side in the third. EvoShield would battle back in the fifth, scoring 4 runs, but failing to put across the game-winner before the game was called due to the two-hour time limit.
Play continues in Pool C on Saturday, when the Canes will face off against the Diamond Pros 16U at Salisbury University at 10:30 am, while Huntingdon faces off against the IYG Spiders 17U group at 10:30 am at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
