Fmr. manager at Ocean Pines Clubhouse eatery charged with felony theft

OCEAN PINES, Md. – A person formerly employed as a manager at Club House Grille at the Ocean Pines Clubhouse is facing felony theft charges.

On July 2nd, Ocean Pines Police responded to the restaurant. Investigators would learn that the company that provides food services for the eatery had not received payments dating back to May 10th. Grayson Ashley Mitchell was determined to be the person responsible for completing those payments.

Police say Mitchell could not explain where the money went, totaling $13,715. Mitchell was charged with felony theft on a criminal summons and was released pending a future court appearance.
