Man wanted in Milford for domestic incident turns himself in

Milford Police say they arrested a man on Monday after warrants were obtained following a June 11 domestic incident investigation.

According to the report, on June 11, officers responded to a home on Manor Lane in response to a domestic situation. 

Officials say the investigation found that Vance Daniels 3rd, 20, of Milford, reportedly made threats towards the victim and attempted to prevent her from calling police.

On Monday, Daniels apparently turned himself into Milford Police, where he was later arraigned via video phone at the Justice of the Peace Court #2.

Officials say bail was set at $1000 unsecured, and Daniels has been charged with terroristic threatening, menacing, malicious interference with emergency communications, offensive touching, and criminal mischief.

According to the report, Daniels is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday for a preliminary hearing
