UPDATE: Gold Alert cancelled for Lincoln woman

UPDATE: Members of the Delaware State Police say they have canceled a Gold Alert issued for Sharon Sewell, 48, of Lincoln. She has been located.

According to the report, she hasn’t been heard from since around 11:00 AM Thursday morning after she left her home in Lincoln.

Officials say there is a concern for Sewell’s safety and welfare as troopers have been unable to make contact with her to check on her welfare and attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.

Sewell is described as a female,  5’05” tall, weighs about 140 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was apparently last seen wearing a pink shirt.

If anyone has any information in reference to the whereabouts of Sharon Sewell they are asked to call Troop 7 at 302-644-5020.
