Gaming officials seek public’s assistance in locating suspect

The Delaware Department of Safety and Homeland Security, Division of Gaming Enforcement  is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a theft suspect. 

Officials are investigating a theft complaint that occurred at the Dover Downs Hotel and Casino on August 7, 2016. 

Law enforcement officials have warrants on file for Edwin Santiago. 

The investigation is on-going and police are asking for your assistance to locate Mr. Santiago
