BREAKING: Republican Representative Richard Collins defeats Tom Brett for Delaware’s 41st District

DELAWARE. – District 41 in the Delaware House of Representatives race has come to an end, between democrat Tom Brett and Republican incumbent rep Richard Collins.

Republican Richard Collins has officially won his district with 64 percent of the votes. His opponent, Tom Brett has conceded in the race.

Collins said, he strives to be a genuine representative for the community.

“Since I’ve been involved in politics, I’ve just tried to hand in some principles, I’ve never changed and I believe government tries to do too much, we’re not efficient enough.”

Collins who has been in the seat for 10 years since 2014, he will continue to prioritize reducing tax burdens and advocating for farmers in the area.
