Riders dominate Sanford in 1st round of the playoffs

CAMDEN, Del.– Caesar Rodney defeated Sanford in a final score of 19-4 on Wednesday night.

CR jumped all over Sanford in the opening minutes as they took a 6-2 lead after one period of play. The Riders would outscore Sanford 6-1 in the 2nd period as they would go into halftime up 12-3.

CR only gave up 1 goal in the entire 2nd half as they move on to the 2nd round of the DIAA state playoffs.
