Bethany Beach PD officer promoted to Deputy Chief

BETHANY BEACH, Del. – Congratulations to Justin Norman on his promotion to Deputy Chief of the Bethany Beach Police Department.

Justin has served with the department for over 28 years in many different roles, including president and deputy fire chief.
