Breaking: AP calls MD GOP Congressional Primary for District 1 for Andy Harris

MARYLAND: The AP has called the GOP Primary race for Maryland 1st district for incumbent Andy Harris with 79.0% of the vote with 19,284 ballots cast.

Harris defeated his closest GOP opponent challenger Chris Bruneau who has 15% percent of the vote with 6,352 ballots cast.

Harris will face Democrat Blane Miller who won the Democratic primary with 60 percent of the vote with 17,644 ballots cast to his opponent Blessing Oluwadare’s 40.0% of the vote with 11,760 ballots cast.
