UPDATE: Two arrested in connection to May shooting incident in Dover
7/24 UPDATE: Dover Police have made two arrests in connection to the May 23rd shooting in the Manchester Square neighborhood.
Further investigation of this incident led police to identify 21-year-old Johnny Bottomley and a 17-year-old male as suspects. The 17-year-old was taken into custody at his residence in the 400 block of Ann Avenue on June 13th and is currently being held at Stevenson House on $97,000 cash bond.
Bottomley was arrested on July 3rd and is currently being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on $29,000 cash bond.
Both were charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, illegal gang participation, two counts of second degree assault, first degree reckless endangering, and second degree conspiracy.

DOVER, Del. – Police say two people sustained injuries as a result of a shooting incident that happened in a Dover neighborhood Thursday night.
At around 10:30 p.m., the male and female victim were outside of a residence in the unit block of Stevenson Drive, in the Manchester Square neighborhood. While outside, two unknown male suspects approached the victims and fired multiple shots at them.
The victims were both taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects were described as males, one wearing all black, and the other wearing a black and white jacket.
