FELTON, Del. – A Felton woman is facing charges after being accused of stealing money from Royal Farms.

Delaware State Police say one of the Royal Farms employees had made purchases at the store, but refunded the money to her debit card and kept the items. Investigators say this happened on several occasions, dating back to April 4th, 2023. In addition, police say the suspect conspired with another former employee. The suspect was then identified as 31-year-old Pebbles A. Tucker of Felton.

On February 1st, 2024, Tucker called the police in Dover, and officers learned that she had an active warrant out of Felton. Tucker was arrested and charged with conspiracy 3rd degree and three counts of theft by false pretense under $1,500. She was released on $4,000 unsecured bail pending a later court date, and issued a no contact order with Royal Farms.
