Delmar HS delays sports events, cancels board meeting following death of student

DELMAR, Md. – The Delmar School District is announcing Delmar athletic events are postponed for Monday, following the death of a student in an early morning crash Saturday.

According to the district, practices may be held depending on individual needs with further updates expected from the district.

DSD also told the community they will have additional counseling and support staff on site tomorrow to assist with staff and students as needed

Delmar Pop Warner has moved their board meeting from tomorrow to the following Monday.
