Dover man arrested arrested on drug and firearms charges following domestic incident

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police arrested a man on numerous drug and weapons charges on Wednesday after responding to a domestic related incident.

Officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of Barrister Place for a complaint that 30-year-old Donald Brown had threatened to harm a victim he had a relationship with. When officers arrived, they immediately took Brown into custody and obtained a search warrant for the residence, locating the following items:

  • A loaded .380 caliber handgun
  • Approximately 249.9 grams of marijuana
  • 17 doses of Tramadol
  • Approximately 321 doses of Ecstasy (MDMA)
  • Approximately 8 grams of THC oil
  • $1,549 in suspected drug money

Brown was released after posting $36,000 secured bond on numerous drug, weapons, and threatening charges.
