Burglary at Dover apartment under investigation

DOVER, Del. – Police are investigating a burglary at a Dover apartment complex on Wednesday.

At around 3:30 p.m., Dover Police officers responded to the Country Club Apartment complex for a reported burglary at an apartment. When they arrived at the scene, officers found damage to the front door of the apartment. Further investigation revealed that sometime between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) forced entry through the front door, damaged property inside the residence, and stole an unknown amount of property before fleeing.
