Delmarva Christian claims ESIAC title from the Dragons

GEORGETOWN, Del.– Delmarva Christian defeated Salisbury School 70-61 on Friday night to win the ESIAC championship.

The Royals would start off red hot from beyond the arc by opening the game with a 3 point shot from the corner. The Dragons would respond right back with a 3 of their own from Alex Carillo.

After that three point shot the Royals would go on a 15-0 run to take a 18-3 lead early in the first. All 15 points came from the 3 point line.  Salisbury School spent the rest of the game playing catch-up to the Royals.

Salisbury’s Tyler Ball would do all that he could down the stretch to keep his team in it but unfortunately it would not be enough.
