Seaford Pulls Out OT Thriller Over Delmar

The Seaford Blue Jays defeated the Delmar Wildcats by a score of 57-52.
The Blue Jays came out firing as they were being led by Andrez Jones early. Jones came out making the game look easy with a few quick scores to start the game.
Seaford's defense was also playing big in the beginning as they started the game with a nice lead over the Wildcats. After the first quarter, Delmar made some changes and started to figure things out. Brooks Parker of the Wildcats was looking like a man amongst boys down low for Delmar as he was grabbing rebound after rebound and getting countless and one's.
Delmar's defense adjusted to Jones and it showed to be very beneficial as they stopped a lot of the produciton of Seaford's game. As they did they this it gave them a chance to get back into the game. The game stayed close until the end where the game went in to overtime. Seaford went on to pull away just enough at the end to win the game by just 5 points.
The Delmar Wildcats will play Wicomico High School on December 21st and the Blue Jays will be back in action on December 26th at the Holiday Basketball Classic tournament.
