Salisbury man convicted of sexually abusing minor child

SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man has been convicted of sexually abusing a minor child.

After a two-day trial, 53-year-old Gardener Green was convicted of sexual abuse of a minor and indecent exposure. The charges stem from a report that during the summer of 2020, Green sexually exploited a child under the age of 10.

Sentencing has been scheduled for June 30, 2022, pending a mandatory presentence investigation and mental health assessment.
