Easton man charged with fourth DUI

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Delaware State Police have arrested a man from Easton, Maryland, for his 4th offense DUI after he was involved in a crash.

The crash happened at Coastal Highway north of Old Landing Road shortly before 8 PM, when a Volvo rear-ended a Toyota Rav4.  One passenger a 21-year old woman, in the Rav4 was taken to Beebe Medical Center and released.  There were no other injuries.

The driver of the Volvo, 56-year old Francis P. Mcnulty, who was charged with his fourth DUI, along with second-degree vehicular assault.

Mcnulty was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 3, and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $5,000 secured bond.
