UPDATE: Victim identified in fatal Kent County crash
Delaware State Police have identified the victim killed in a crash on Friday afternoon in Magnolia.
Delaware State Police say the victim has been identified as 62-year-old Paul J. Schiller, of Felton. He reportedly collided with the front of a DART bus that had made a turn into his path.
The crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.

MAGNOLIA, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened earlier this afternoon.
Just after 12 PM Friday, a Ford DART Transit Bus was traveling westbound on Irish Hill Road, approaching Lexington Mill Road. A Honda motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Irish Hill Road, approaching the same intersection.
The DART bus reportedly began turning left onto Lexington Mill Road, directly into the path of the motorcycle. The motorcycle then collided with the front of the DART bus, where both vehicles came to rest.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 62-year-old male from Felton, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Identification is pending notification of next of kin.
The driver of the DART bus, a 55-year-old male from Smyrna was properly restrained and taken to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital with minor injuries. We’re told there were no other occupants on the bus when the crash occurred.
