Crisfield’s Carvel Hall to Phoenix Real Estate Holding
CRISFIELD, Md. – Crisfield Mayor Barry Dize has announced the settlement of Carvel Hall to Phoenix Real Estate Holdings.
We’re told Mayor Dize officially signed the deed on March 31st, concluding negotiations for a particularly important piece of real estate allowing opportunities to both new business and job growth for Crisfield and its residents.
The City says it is excited for Phoenix Real Estate Holdings/Element MD to begin the renovations, which will employ several contractors prior to the new job opportunities.
Additionally, the completion of this transfer will now allow the City of Crisfield the opportunity to apply for CDBG grants this year.
