UPDATE: Teen arrested in connection with Capitol Green shooting

A teen was arrested after police say he was involved in a shooting that happened last week in Delaware.
The Dover Police Department says on Thursday, 19-year-old Syncere Friends, of Felton, was arrested in connection with a shooting that happened on April 17. Police say Friends was arrested during a traffic stop without incident.
According to the report, just before 8:50 PM, two homes were struck by gunfire during a shooting in the 400 Block of East Water Street. No one was injured as a result of the shooting.
The 19-year-old was charged with reckless endangering 1st degree (5x), criminal mischief (2x), conspiracy 2nd degree, possession of firearm by person prohibited, possession of firearm during commission of felony, and traffic offenses.
He was then turned over to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of a $83,000 bond.
