Salisbury native takes 14 hour bike ride to deliver pizza to the hungry and homeless

A former Salisbury resident biked more than 14 hours from Philadelphia to his hometown to deliver pizza and positivity to people experiencing hunger or homelessness. Joe Cox, is the founder of the Positive Mental Attitude Bike Ride where he rides through various neighborhoods offering more than just a hot slice, he also aims to acknowledge the voice, value and humanity of those who are often looked down upon.
"Be the change is what I'm trying to push. By giving pizza out to people that are hungry I'm trying to make their day a little better make a stranger smile…that's what that is," said Cox.
Cox says his next goal is to spread PMA Bike Rides across the country. To learn more visit: https://www.facebook.com/pmabikeride/
