Wi-Hi shuts out Crossland in MPSSAA First Round

SALISBURY, Md. — Wi-Hi defeated Crossland 30-0 Friday evening at County Stadium in Salisbury.

In a game where the rain was coming down, Wi-Hi’s Kenote Bratten found a lane to the endzone after getting a block from a teammate to put the Tribe on the board.

Ball security was an issue for Crossland, as they fumble the ball on the snap, and the Tribe recovered it.

That eventually turned into offense for Wi-Hi with a touchdown run from Mazhi Peters, helping the Tribe to the win in the first round of the MPSSAA playoffs.
