Charles Goslee to be remembered in two services come January
WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. – The Wicomico County Public Schools is mourning the loss of longtime educator Charles Goslee. Goslee died on December 20th at the age of 92.
School district officials said Goslee served the community for more than 39 years. He began his career as a teacher at Salisbury High School, and would later become principal of several elementary schools in the district. Goslee retired in 1994.
Two services will be held for Goslee.
One will take place on January 2nd at First Baptist Church in Salisbury. The viewing will be held from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., with a service of remembrance from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The second service will take place on January 3rd at Zion Church of San Domingo in Mardela Springs. The viewing will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., with a celebration of life to take place directly afterwards.
In lieu of flowers, Goslee’s family is requesting that contributions be made in memory of Charles Gorman Goslee to Charles and Gladys Goslee Youth Help Fund or Donor Advised Endowment Fund. Donations may be made care of the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore at 1324 Belmont Avenue, Suite 401, Salisbury, Md. 21804.
