Improvements coming to SR1/Holland Glade Road intersection in Sussex County

SUSSEX COUNTY, Del. – Road work is ahead for the intersection of State Route 1 and Holland Glade Road near the outlets in the Lewes-Rehoboth Beach area.

Crews will be on site starting Monday, September 8th. Drivers can expect lane and shoulder closures, as new turn lanes and a traffic signal are installed. The work is expected to continue for about two months, with completion expected by the Thanksgiving holiday.

Drivers are reminded to slow down and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
