Dover man arrested in child sexual abuse investigation

DOVER, Del. – A Dover man has been arrested in an investigation into the sexual abuse of children.

On July 30th, 56-year-old Thomas Kennedy was placed in handcuffs. Dover Police identified three of his alleged victims and obtained a warrant for his arrest. Kennedy was released after posting $16,500 secured bail on 16 separate charges.

Dover Police ask anyone else who many have been abused by Kennedy to come forward.
