Road work coming to East Main Street in Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. – Upgrades are coming to traffic signals at the intersections of East Main Street and Snow Hill Road, as well as East Main Street and Ward Street. Construction will begin Monday, July 28th, and is expected to last until Friday, August 1st. Work will be completed daily from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.

Equipment will be upgraded to replace outdated technology, as part of the City of Salisbury’s efforts to improve public safety. During the project, drivers should follow the directions of on-site flaggers. Delays may be possible, and drivers are encouraged to use caution and obey traffic laws when moving through the work zone.
