Ocean City Police ask for public’s help in shooting investigation
OCEAN CITY, Md. – Ocean City Police are investigating an overnight shooting at the intersection of 28th Street and Philadelphia Avenue.
Officers responded to the area around 12:46 a.m. on July 5th after hearing gunshots. Police say they found an 18-year-old male from Cambridge suffering a gunshot wound to his arm. The victim was treated by Ocean City EMS and taken to TidalHealth with non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim is not cooperating with the investigation, according to police. Police are asking the public to contact them if they are able to provide information about the incident.
