Milford man arrested in connection with domestic homicide

MILFORD, Del. – A Milford man has been arrested in connection to a homicide on Thursday night.

42-year-old Joseph M. Greene was arrested on Friday. Police say the homicide happened during a domestic incident in the Windward Grove Development.

Police say Greene is being held by the Department of Correction on $710,000 cash bond. He is facing a first-degree murder charge, felony possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The U.S. Marshal’s Task Force helped Delaware law enforcement to make the arrest.
